The End
Parting Is Such Sweet Sorrow
This now concludes your journey through the Los Días de los Muertos celebration that is a major part of the Spanish culture. It has often been said that all good things must eventually come to an end. Whereas some people look forward to the end, I am hesitant to say that I feel the same way. I just want to personally thank Sra. Gilbert for everything that she taught me this past year in her class. I learned so much from her and for that I am very much appreciative. Not only did she teach me a lot about Spanish, but she also taught me a lot about life in general as a whole. Unlike most teachers, she created a very fun and entertaining learning atmosphere. I found it much easier and much more expedient to learn in such an environment. From day one of class to the last day of class and not to mention the Spain trip in between, I completely enjoyed being in her class this year. I consider it an honor and a privilege to have been a part of her class this year. Thanks for the memories Sra. Gilbert. I will truly never forget you. Thanks for everything! Adios.
